If your file fails to meet our ‘print-ready’ status at prefight stage, we will email you to provide the option to either correct the file yourself or pay a $25+GST fee for our artFIX team to handle it. If you know ahead of time that your file will require artFIX, then please add that into the order notes. The time required for artFIX depends on the complexity of the order, however most files are corrected within 3 hours. We are acutely aware of any upload deadlines for certain product specifications and will endeavour to meet those where possible.
