Unfortunately, the artwork I received from my customer had an issue that I didn’t notice and the job went through production and delivery on schedule. I had a repeat job for some A6 cards that required drill holes in them. My client supplied me with a separate file containing a guide for drill holes but the drill holes were not included in the artwork files. This created a repeat scenario where I would submit the order, the artwork would get rejected, I’d explain that the drill hole positioning file had been supplied separately, and the order would go back into production.
